Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Puphood mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Rudd Media LLC, doing business as Puphood ("Puphood," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription, and at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content except as permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Puphood offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Current options are:

Weekly — $6.99 per week
Monthly — $9.99 per month
Yearly — $44.99 per year

The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; any price changes will be disclosed as required.

Money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us at admin@puphood.app and we'll help. Note that refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Because purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, refund requests are governed by Apple's terms and policies.

5. AI Coach & Training Content — Important Disclaimer

Puphood provides general dog-training education and an AI-powered coach for informational purposes only. It is not professional, medical, or veterinary advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified veterinarian or professional trainer. Always consult a professional for your dog's health, behavioral, or safety concerns. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You use training guidance at your own risk and are responsible for your dog's safety and the safety of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by: using it for unlawful purposes; attempting to disrupt or compromise the App's security; uploading harmful code; or using the AI coach to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its lessons, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Puphood or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license above.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puphood and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
