This Privacy Policy explains how Rudd Media LLC, doing business as Puphood ("Puphood," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Puphood mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Dog & training details — information you enter about your dog (such as name, age, breed, and training goals) so we can personalize lessons and plans.
• Coach messages — questions and messages you send to the in-app AI coach so it can respond.
• Photos — photos of your dog that you upload for features such as PupScore, our AI-powered body and coat check, so we (and our AI processing providers) can analyze the image and return feedback. These photos are used to provide the feature and are not used to identify you.
• Support communications — information you send when you contact us, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data — app activity (lessons viewed, progress, streaks), app version, device type, and operating system, used to operate and improve the App.
• Subscription & purchase data — when you buy a subscription, our payment and subscription providers process the transaction and tell us your subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, personalize, and improve the App and your training experience.
• To power the AI coach and generate responses to your questions.
• To process and manage your subscription, including renewals and restoring purchases.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the App.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Coach

The App includes an AI-powered coach. Messages you send to the coach may be processed by third-party AI service providers in order to generate a response. Please do not share sensitive personal information in coach messages. AI-generated guidance is for general informational purposes only — see our Terms of Service for important limitations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App — for example, subscription management (RevenueCat), the App Store (Apple) for purchases, AI processing providers, and analytics/hosting providers — who may only use the information to perform services for us.
• Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Puphood.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• You can access or update your dog and training details within the App.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at admin@puphood.app.

7. Children's Privacy

Puphood is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the App, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the App.
